The purpose of Customer Service Representatives – (CSR) position is to deliver excellent customer care and create sustainable value for customers via phone, email, chat, and correspondence. We are looking for employees to support inbound call center work and giving information to our Florida Residents supporting home assistance programs.
Call Center hours of operations are Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 9:00PM, Saturday 8:00AM to 5:00 PM; shifts will be determined towards the end of training.
Training will be one week Monday-Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm EST
